How to reach the practice

Direct enquiries from client organisations are welcome, as are approaches from agencies and consultancies seeking a specialist partner on a defined deliverable.

What to include in an enquiry

The more of this you can share up front, the more useful the first conversation will be.

• The outcome you need, and the date by which you need it
• What has already been attempted, and where it stalled
• Who internally owns the change, and who else must be convinced
• Whether you are seeking a diagnostic, a delivery mandate, or assurance
• Any procurement or supplier-onboarding process the practice would need to follow
